CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT OFFICER
We are looking for a proactive Customer Engagement Officer who is excited to immerse in cross countries work engagement, food culture and innovation. In this role, you will have opportunities to travel and understand customer behavior, learn how to apply effective Blue Ocean marketing techniques to create meaningful business impact and be rewarded with additional monthly performance bonus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide marketing analysis and recommendations to F&B
- To coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow
- To oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices
- Solve problems for customers by understanding and exceeding their expectations
REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s degree in English language, Hospitality Management, or a relevant field is required
- Fluent in spoken & written English (Applicants should have TOEIC scores of at least 700 or an equivalent IELTS score of 6.0 or higher)
- Possess good team work
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Possess good interpersonal skills and attitude
- Marketing experience of 1-2 years will be a bonus
- Chinese Mandarin will be a bonus

WORKING TIME
From Monday - Friday | 8:00 - 17:30 (1h30 lunch break), flexible to work from home every Friday
